Access to extra services upon request, such as:
• Cleaning and laundry
• Water and gas supply
• Technical support and minor maintenance
• Periodic reporting of utility usage and expenses

You may still choose to have the unit occasionally managed, subject to evaluation and approval by Branco Gestão, depending on operational and commercial availability on a case-by-case basis.

Ordinary operational costs (utilities, insurance, maintenance, etc.) remain the responsibility of the owner.

This option is ideal for investors or part-time owners who want to earn income from their apartment by entrusting it to Branco Gestão for full management.

Personal use for 1 month per year, during the Mid Season (April, May, June, July, September, October)

Estimated return of approximately 5% of the apartment’s value:
• 45% of the income goes to the owner
• 55% to Branco Gestão, which handles all operational aspects

Zero operational concerns: Branco Gestão takes care of everything:
• Guest and booking management
• Cleaning and linen service
• Utility management (water, gas, electricity)
• Routine maintenance

Advance notice for personal use: 6 months

Contract duration: 5 + 5 years, with annual reporting and payments
